Hand-to-Hand is the initiative of the Women's Resource Center that is dedicated to preserving and/or promoting the parent-child relationship, with a strong focus on helping to resolve conflicts and situations involving and relating to child visitations.

Provided in a child friendly environment for the non-custodial parent and their child in situations that warrant a third person present during a visit between a child and their parent. Supervised visitations are provided six days per week.

Assistance is provided with parent-child transitions through a neutral exchange service for parents with restraining orders or other restrictions that would inhibit contact with one another. Neutral exchanges are provided seven days per week.
